Claim 1, independent
A kit of a high factory readiness panels for a panel building construction, comprising the following panels with connectors and a joint: a wall panel (1), a corner panel (7), a ceiling panel (31), a floor panel (20) and a roof (37), wherein the wall panel (1) having an interior face (2) and an exterior face (3), spaced apart from the interior face (2), two side edges (4), where each side edge (4) extends between the interior face (2) and the exterior face (3) throughout the entire height of the wall panel (1), and a top edge (5) and a bottom edge (6), wherein the comer panel (7) having two parts indivisibly joint at a right angle forming a comer of the corner panel, each part has an interior face (8) and an exterior face (9), spaced apart from the interior face (8), side edges (10) faced away from the corner of the comer panel (7), where the side edges (10) extend between the interior face (8) and the exterior face (9) throughout the entire height of each part of the comer panel (7), and a top edge (11) and a bottom edge (12), wherein the width of the side edge (4) of the wall panel (1) corresponds with a width of the side edge (10) of the corner panel (7), wherein the ceiling panel (31) having an upper side (32) and a lower side (33), and four side edges (34), each of the side edges (34) comprises a protrusion (36) arranged close to an upper side of the ceiling panel (32) and a corresponding L-type recess (35) arranged close to a lower side of a ceiling panel (33) facing in a direction towards the lower side (32) of the ceiling panel (31), wherein the floor panel (20) having a frame (21) along the perimeter of the floor panel (20), wherein the frame (21) having a recess (22) extending along the perimeter of the frame (21), and a H-type connector (23) on each side of the panel (20) directed towards an interior of the building for interjunction of multiple floor panels (20), wherein the bottom edge (6, 12) of the wall panel (1) and of the corner panel (7) comprises a T-type connector (13) extending along the entire length of the bottom edge (6, 12) of the same in the longitudinal direction, wherein the top edge (5, 11) of the wall panel (1) and of the comer panel (7) comprises a Il-type connector (15) extending along the entire length of the top edge (5, 11) of the same in the longitudinal direction, wherein each side edge (4, 10) of the wall panel (1) and the comer panel (7) having a vertically aligned groove (19), that is narrow at the outermost part of the side edge (4, 10) of the wall panel (1) and the comer panel (7), and becomes progressively wider as it goes deeper into a body of the panel (1, 7), wherein the Il-type connector (15) is defined by an angular protrusion (16) having a vertical section (17) and a horizontal arm (18) connected under a right angle, wherein the protrusion (36) of the ceiling panel (31) is formed so that upon assembly of the wall panel (1) and the corner panel (7) with the ceiling panel (31), the protrusion (36) of the ceiling panel (31) is received in the angular protrusion (16) of the Il-type connector (15) of the wall panel (1) and the corner panel (7) so that the interference fit is formed between the panels (1, 7, 31), wherein the protrusion (14) of the T-type connector (13) of the wall panel (1) and the corner panel (7) is formed so that upon assembly of the wall panel (1) and the comer panel (7) with the floor panel (20) the protrusion (14) of the T-type connector (13) of the wall panel (1) and the comer panel (7) is received in the recess (22) of the floor panel (20) so that the interference fit is formed between the panels (1, 7, 20), wherein a roof (37) having a frame (37), said frame (8) comprises a L-type lip (39) extending downwards and faces the top edge (5, 11) of the wall panel (1) and the corner panel (7), so that the interference fit is formed between the panels (1, 7, 37), the kit further comprises a E-type joint (23) in a form of an elongated beam (29) having four side faces (27), a top edge (25), and a bottom edge (26), wherein the joint (23) on each of its side faces (27) comprises a protrusion (28) so that upon assembly of multiple wall panels (1) and comer panels (7) the protrusion (28) forms an interference fit with the groove (19) of the same, wherein the beam (29) of the X-type joint (23) corresponds with a width of the wall panel (1) and the corner panel (7)
